Inspection begins with incoming materials. Then, it moves to machining and preparing components. Next, there’s wiring and assembly. After that, we do electrical and signal testing. We check rotational verification, followed by final inspection and packaging.

The inspection includes many steps. We check critical dimensions and mounting interfaces first. We also look at cable exits and connector positions. Finally, we check assembly accuracy and use measuring tools for all these checks.
