Founded in 2015, Hangzhou XYslipring Technology Co., Ltd. operates an 8,000-square-meter R&D and production base dedicated to high-end rotary transmission technology. We develop optical, electrical, hydraulic, and integrated photoelectric rotary transmission systems for global industrial companies, defense organizations, research institutes, and equipment manufacturers.

QUALITY CONTROL
Inspection begins with incoming materials. Then, it moves to machining and preparing components. Next, there’s wiring and assembly. After that, we do electrical and signal testing. We check rotational verification, followed by final inspection and packaging.
STEP 01
The inspection includes many steps. We check critical dimensions and mounting interfaces first. We also look at cable exits and connector positions. Finally, we check assembly accuracy and use measuring tools for all these checks.
